Work Orders help keep up with service requests and follow-ups. Customer requests can be carefully documented and then passed along to the servicing technician.
Once the Work Order is created, it becomes an "Unscheduled Work Order" on the Scheduler Board. Drag and drop the Work Order on a time and date under the assigned technician. When the work is done, right click to mark the Work Order as completed, and open the Work Order to document the service provided and account for whatever materials or equipment are used or installed.
One more click and an invoice is created. All information from the Work Order is then recorded in the Contact Log for easy recall.
