AlCom supports three account types - Residential, Commercial, and Corporate. The Corporate account is unique in that it can have multiple "Locations"*  Each location maintains information about it's installed systems, and its own recurring billing data.  The financial obligation for payment, however, rests with the corporate home office.  All amounts due are aggregated onto a common billing statement itemizing all charges for all locations.

Each account type allows you to store vital information about the customer, their recurring billing, contact information, as well as what systems are installed there.
